Water
Plumbing
Complete installations, replacing old pipework — lead, galvanised iron, perished polyethylene — leak and burst repairs, water heaters, pressure sets, reserve tanks and drainage. Homes, communities of owners and businesses.
Water leak detection
Located without digging, using a ground microphone, correlator, thermal camera and tracer gas. It is found first and only the exact point is opened. Homes, pools, communities and irrigation.
Water treatment and filtration
Water softeners, reverse osmosis under the sink, sediment filters and treatment of well or tank water. The equipment is sized to the water you use each day and its hardness. Full details — that page is still in Spanish; ask us and we will explain it in English.
Heating and cooling
Heating and hot water
Gas boilers, gas and electric water heaters, radiators and underfloor heating — designed, installed, serviced and repaired. Licensed installer’s certificate issued by us where the work requires one.
Boiler rooms and heating
Cascades of wall-mounted boilers, hydraulic manifolds, pump sets and domestic hot water production. Communities of owners, hotels, schools and businesses. Certificate issued by us. Full details — still in Spanish for now.
Air conditioning and heating
Split and multisplit, ducted systems, air-source heat pumps and commercial and industrial refrigeration. Installation, servicing and repair.
Pools and building work
Swimming pools
Maintenance, filtration, recovering green water, pump and filter replacement, sand changes and leak repair in the shell, skimmers and buried pipework.
Solar pool heating
Swim from April to October with no fuel bill. Sized for your own pool — collector area, thermal blanket and automatic temperature control — then installed and commissioned by us.
Bathroom refurbishment and installation work
New hot and cold water runs, chased pipework, an isolation valve for every fitting, an accessible manifold, drainage with the correct falls, and a pressure test before the wall is closed. Complete bathroom and kitchen refurbishments, with building work, installation and finishing.

How we work, in three lines
- A fixed written price before we start. If something appears once it is open that could not be seen, we stop and the decision is made with you.
- Locate before breaking anything. With leaks, nothing is opened blindly.
- Real hours: Monday to Friday 8:00–18:00, Saturday 9:00–14:00. We attend emergencies.
Complete refurbishments and building work, with one person in charge
When the job is big, what people appreciate most is not having to coordinate anyone. We take care of the refurbishment from start to finish, from installation to finishing, and you deal with one person.

- Home refurbishments and extensions, with the water, drainage and heating properly prepared from the start.
- Pool refurbishments: renovating the pool, replacing the filtration, repairing leaks or converting it into a natural pool.

How we calculate and how we quote
- Repairs: a fixed price after seeing the installation. Over the phone we can only give you guidance, because the real price depends on what is behind the wall, and we prefer not to give you a number that then changes.
- New installations: a written quote based on the details of your home or business.
- Water equipment sized to your consumption. A water softener is calculated from the water you use each day and how hard it is, so it is neither too small nor more than you need.
