Home Service areas
We work across the whole Region of Murcia, in the province of Alicante — with a focus on the Vega Baja and the southern Costa Blanca — and in the Almería Levante. The base is in Totana, in the Guadalentín valley.
A plumber who says he covers «the whole of Spain» usually covers nowhere properly. We would rather say exactly where we work, how often, and what is worth knowing about each area — because a breakdown twenty minutes away is not the same as one an hour and a half away.
Costa Blanca North
This coast is where we are from. Villas and urbanisations, a great many foreign owners, and two problems that repeat: salt on the outdoor units and hard water on everything else.
- Benidorm, Altea, Calpe, La Nucía and Alfaz del Pi — also El Albir, Polop, Finestrat, Benissa and La Vila Joiosa.
Costa Blanca South and the Vega Baja
Probably the part of Spain with the most foreign owners per square metre. Here the problem is not technical: it is trust. We work with a fixed written price, photographs before and after and a written report, precisely for that reason.
On the Costa Blanca North, with an office of our own, see plumber and pool service in Altea and Costa Blanca North.
If your pool is in Orihuela Costa, see our page on pool pumps, filters and valves in Orihuela Costa.
- Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa — Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Pilar de la Horadada, Guardamar, Rojales and Ciudad Quesada.

Mar Menor and Cartagena
The area with the most holiday homes and short-term lets in the Region. Here breakdowns do not spread across the year: they bunch up in summer, and often with a guest inside waiting.
- Cartagena and the Mar Menor — San Javier, Santiago de la Ribera, Los Alcázares, San Pedro del Pinatar, Lo Pagán, La Manga and Cabo de Palos.
Costa Cálida: Mazarrón and Águilas
Second homes, pools and owners who are not here all year. Two things change compared with inland: salt, which corrodes anything metal left outdoors, and the house closed for half the season, which deteriorates precisely from not being used.
- Mazarrón and Puerto de Mazarrón — Bolnuevo, Isla Plana and the urbanisations.
- Águilas — Calabardina, Calarreona and the surrounding area.
Almería Levante
The furthest area from our base, and we still work here regularly. It combines very hard water, desalinated water and a saline atmosphere, which is the worst possible mixture for an installation.
- Mojácar and Vera — Garrucha, Cuevas del Almanzora, Palomares, Villaricos, Pulpí and San Juan de los Terreros.
Inland Murcia: the Guadalentín valley
Our home ground. The business is based in Totana and this is where we arrive fastest. The problem that dominates everything here is hard water: water heaters filling with limescale, boilers with scaled heat exchangers and appliances that last half as long.
Totana, Lorca, Alhama de Murcia, Aledo, Librilla and Puerto Lumbreras. Murcia city and its metropolitan area too, where the bigger work is in buildings: communal boiler rooms, main risers, pressure sets and hot water production.
What we do in all of them
- Plumbing — installation, repair and pipe replacement.
- Leak detection — located without digging, before anything is opened.
- Air conditioning — installation, servicing and refrigeration.
- Swimming pools — maintenance, filtration and leaks.
- Bathroom refurbishment — water and drainage during the works.
- For non-resident owners — how it works when you are not in Spain.
How travel works
Openly, because it is what causes the most doubt:
- If you go ahead with the work, the call-out is included in the price, wherever we come from within our area.
- If you only want an assessment and then decide not to proceed, the visit is charged. We tell you the amount by telephone before setting off, never on arrival.
- In the furthest areas — the Almería Levante, the Vega Baja, Águilas — it helps to give us some notice whenever the fault allows it, so the visit can be organised properly.
- If we cannot come, we say so. We would rather do that than give you a date we will not keep.
Hours
Monday to Friday 8:00–18:00 and Saturday 9:00–14:00. We attend emergencies.
This page answers where. What we do once we get there is under services.
Cannot see your town on the list? Ask anyway. If we can come, we will tell you; and if we cannot, we will tell you that too.
Frequently asked questions
Do you come to my town even if it is not on the list?
Ask us. The list covers where we work regularly, but it is not closed. If you are near one of those areas the answer is usually yes; if you are far away, we will tell you plainly rather than string you along.
Do you charge more to travel to a distant area?
We do not charge a surcharge by area. When you go ahead with the work, the call-out is included in the price we quote. What we do ask for in the furthest areas is some notice, so the visit can be organised.
How long do you take to come?
It depends on the area. Tell us what is wrong and where you are, and we will tell you when we can come.
My house is on the coast but I live outside Spain. How do we do this?
It is an important part of our work. A fixed written price before starting, photographs of what we find and of what we do, a report and an invoice, and we get in with whoever you nominate. Nothing that has not been agreed beforehand.
Do you work outside Murcia, Alicante and Almería?
Not as a matter of routine. For substantial work — a community installation, a building project — it can be looked at, but we would rather not promise coverage we cannot sustain. A technician who says he goes everywhere ends up going nowhere properly.
