Old-town houses, hillside homes and seafront properties
Altea has very different kinds of home: old-town houses with older pipework and awkward access, hillside villas, urbanisations and houses close to the sea. Each fails in its own way. Near the sea, salt attacks the outdoor air-conditioning unit and the taps; across most of the area, limescale builds up in the water heater, the boiler and the shower screen.
That is why we look at the installation and measure the water at your tap before proposing anything: the equipment we recommend comes from that reading, not from a generic price list.
Pools in Altea: from green water to the equipment
A pool left unused for weeks or months often announces it with green water. We carry out the treatment that matches how long it has really been left, check the filter and the pump and set the filtration schedule. Do you service pools in Altea?
Yes: water treatment, a check of the filtration equipment and a restart when the pool has been out of use. If the water has turned green we recover it without emptying the pool wherever we can.
Can you get into my house if I am not there?
Yes, with whoever you authorise: a neighbour, the administrator, the company that looks after the house or a key left with someone. We take before and after photos and send a written report on WhatsApp.
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the fault and the access. We do not quote figures without seeing the installation: send a few photos on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether a visit is needed and give you a fixed written quote before we start.
