Plumbing, air conditioning, swimming pools and leak detection along the Costa Blanca, the Murcia coast and the Almería Levante. Not an agency and not a call centre passing your job to whoever is free: one licensed technician, working since January 2001, who answers for his own work — and who you can still ring in two years if something fails.
The Costa Blanca is not somewhere we travel to — it is where we are from. We know which urbanisations run short of pressure, which streets get the hardest water, and what the salt air does to an outdoor unit two hundred metres from the sea. That is not something you learn by driving over for the day.
What we do
- Plumbing. Leaks, burst pipes, taps, water heaters, pressure problems, full replacement of old pipework.
- Air conditioning and heating. Installation, servicing and repair. F-Gas certified, which in Spain is what legally allows anyone to handle refrigerant.
- Swimming pools. Water treatment, filtration, pumps, leak repair, opening and closing for the season.
- Leak detection without digging. Acoustic equipment, thermal camera and tracer gas. We open the exact spot, not half your floor.
- Bathroom refurbishment and complete renewal of the water installation.
- Water treatment. This is a very hard water area — softeners and reverse osmosis, sized after measuring your actual water.
If your house is empty for part of the year
A large part of our work is for owners who are here a few months a year. What worries you is not really the plumbing — it is who walks into your house when you are not in it. So this is how we work:
- Access arranged with whoever you choose — a neighbour, the administrator, your management company, or a key left where you say.
- Photographs before and after, and a written report of what was done. With you not there, that is the only thing worth anything.
- WhatsApp, which is what actually works across time zones and international numbers.
- A fixed price in writing before we start. If something appears once we open up that could not be seen from outside, we stop, explain it and you decide.
Before you fly back, there is a list of things worth leaving done — water, drains, pool, air conditioning. We wrote it out in closing up a coastal property (in Spanish for now).

Two Spanish words worth understanding
«Instalador autorizado» — a licensed installer. In Spain, certain installations legally require a certificate, and only a licensed installer can issue it. We issue our own: you do not have to go and find a third party to sign off work we did.
«F-Gas» — the certification required to handle fluorinated refrigerant gases. Without it, an air conditioning installation cannot be legally documented. If someone tops up your gas without it, the paperwork does not exist.
Both matter most when you come to sell, insure or rent out the property, which is exactly when people discover they are missing.
What we do not do
We would rather tell you now than waste your time:
- We are not a 24/7 service. We work Monday to Friday 8:00–18:00 and Saturday 9:00–14:00. Urgent jobs inside those hours are dealt with the same day. Plenty of websites advertise 24/7 and then nobody answers at eleven at night — we prefer to say what is true.
- We do not quote repairs over the phone without seeing the installation. That figure always changes, and always upwards.
- We do not do general building work. We do the installation and the opening needed to reach it; for a full refurbishment we work alongside whoever is running it.
How we work
- We look first, then quote. A fixed written price before anything starts.
- We explain before we do. What the fault is, why it happened, what the options are and what each one costs. When there are three ways to solve something, you get all three.
- We locate before we break. On water leaks we do not guess and dig. Equipment first, then we open the exact point.
- Invoice with IVA broken out, and the installer certificate where the installation requires one.
Frequently asked
Do you really speak English, or is it Google Translate?
Really. You can describe the fault, understand the quote and hear what was done, in English, without a neighbour translating.
Can you come out if I am not in Spain?
Yes. We arrange access with whoever you authorise and send photographs before and after, plus a written report. Payment by bank transfer or card.
My air conditioning was re-gassed last year and it is not cooling again
Then you have a leak. A refrigeration circuit is sealed — gas is not consumed and does not evaporate with use. If refrigerant is missing, it is escaping somewhere. Re-gassing without finding the leak means paying twice.
The water here ruins everything. Is that normal?
Yes. The south-east of Spain has some of the hardest water in the country. It is what kills water heaters, boilers and shower screens. A properly sized softener changes that; a badly sized one causes problems within a year, which is why we measure your water before recommending anything.
